New Veterans League & Championships for 2024/2025 for all members 45 +
At Forces Equine we always listen to what our members want and in 2023 we sent out a "Think Tank" Poll to our board to ask what do you think our members want.
All our members balance their busy work lives with their hobby and passion "equestian activities", whether it be in competing or leisure.
"I would love to see something for those members who have been there and done it and now either channel their time supporting riders, children and other members, rather than concentrating on what they love and use to compete in. It would be great for our age group to have something for us" said Jill.
So we have introduced the new "Veterans League" for 2024 with a Championships at #FEG in 2025. This league includes Dressage & Show Jumping and is open to all who are eligible, find out more below.

How can you get involved and what criteria do you need to meet?
Dressage
Levels include;
- Intro - Elementary
- League runs 1st April - 31st March
- Affiliated & Unaffiliated scores can be included and those taken from our partners at Dressage Anywhere
- Athletes may compete in the Veteran's category from the beginning of April and the year in which they reach their 45th birthday
Show Jumping
Heights include;
- 0.70 - 1.05m
- League runs 1st April - 31st March
- Affiliated & Unaffiliated scores can be included
- Athletes may compete in the Veteran's category from the beginning of April and the year in which they reach their 45th birthday
