Celebrating a Landmark Achievement for Essex Police Equestrian Sport

Yesterday marked a proud milestone for the Essex Police Sports Association (EPSA) as Rebecca Welch was presented with the first-ever silverware for the Equestrian Section — a truly historic moment for the Association.

Rebecca's achievement recognises her outstanding performance as Top PSUK Dressage Rider, a title that reflects her dedication, consistency, and excellence within the sport. Sponsored by SPILLERS, Rebecca has represented Essex Police with distinction and professionalism throughout the season.

The award was formally presented at the EPSA Annual General Meeting by Assistant Chief Constable Morris, highlighting the significance of this achievement not only for Rebecca but for equestrian sport within Essex Police as a whole.
