A WIN for one of our South Yorkshire Police Members in the Czech Republic.

PC's Tracey Brown (pictured left), Julie Bradshaw & PCSO Emma-Jo Thorpe (official overseas FE flag flyer) travelled to the Czech Republic to compete against officers from mounted units from Europe which included, Poland Slovakia Germany, Hungary Russia.

"Riding horses we had only1 hour to familiarise ourselves with Julie and I took part in 3 competitions.  There was a formal parade through Brno city centre and an evening at Spilberk Castle. On competition day, PC Tracey Brown came 10th in SJ & XC, PC Julie Bradshaw came 12th . 

Tracey won the Police best trained also coming 3rd in the puissance clearing 1.55m and knocking the 1.60m and she won the best non Czech competitor and came 2 overall in the whole competition losing by just 1 penalty. PCSO Emma-Jo Thorpe was our uk representative to meet the VIP's whilst we rode" said Tracey.

We are super proud of how this pair did and having Emma-Jo out there to support on the ground is super. A massive well done to you all and thank you for flying the Forces Equine Flag!
