Forces Equine are so pleased to announce that we have won the 2020 Midlands Enterprise Awards, Best Equestrian Rider Support Organisation 2020. At the start of Lockdown, Debi our Founder received an email saying that we had been nominated and would she except it.
"I was surprised but touched and asked who had nominated us? SME told us that this could not be revealed but it was a glowing nomination. I never thought anything of it, until we got the winners congratulation email on Monday. I'd like to thank who ever nominated us and personally thank our HQ Volunteers who go above and beyond to make the organisation so special!"
With thanks to;
- Jan Heath who maintains our leagues, memberships and runs the welcome desk with Joanne Hastings at the Forces Equine Games,
- PCSO Emma Jo Thorpe who looks after all our BRC entries and most competitions alongside PC Jenna Hastings who organises Hickstead & Rockingham,
- Dep Gov Caroline Vine who looks after our Prison Service area & Equality, Diversity and Inclusion,
- Nikki Byrne our Safe Guarding Officer,

#WeSaluteYouAll!
This year has been a really odd year, with COVID-19 we have missed seeing you all out and about, but you are all coming back in force and doing so well at your competitions. With no #FEG this year, we have been unable to share so many great experiences and with no awards ceremony this year we won't be able to end on that usual great high, with that aside, here is to a GREAT 2021, where we will celebrate in style and hopefully be able to all get together at these great events.
#StaySafe all of you and well done again, this really does mean so much! Official Press Release will be announced around the 4th November 2020 by SME - watch this space!
